Usually the first steps are to make a time to talk with your child’s teacher or another senior teacher who knows your child and to write your own notes of what happens and when.
Our School Association committee members are also available to support you by providing information and helping you to find the best way to discuss, research, resolve or report on what’s happening from your point of view.
